These are short self-guided practices. They are not therapy and do not replace professional support.
1. Choose one sound
Pause for a moment. Listen to one sound until it fades: wind, a bird, footsteps or rain. Do not search for the next one.
2. Look at three distances
Find one detail near you, one a few metres away, and one on the horizon. Notice the movement of your gaze and the space opening up.
3. Walk slower than usual
Take ten deliberate steps. Feel the ground under your feet and the weight moving from one leg to the other. There is no need to hurry.
4. Notice a sign of the season
Look for one mark of change: a dry stem, a new bud, snow at an edge, a wet stone. Describe it to yourself in three words.
5. Pause before taking a photo
If you want to photograph something, look at it first without your phone. Sometimes that is how a place stays with you.
6. End with one sentence
Before you leave, ask: what do I notice right now? The answer need not be important or elegant — just honest.
Allika does not currently offer a public programme or visitor sessions. If a public gathering is genuinely arranged, its time, logistics and responsible host will be published separately.
