We welcome volunteers to Allika by prior arrangement. There is a lot of restoration work to do — come for a weekend or stay for several weeks, spend time in nature and help bring the farm back to life.
I would like to come and helpThere is still much to do at this old farm. Each task is a chance to preserve a place and bring life back to it. We are restoring Allika little by little, and welcome people who would like to share part of that journey.
Help you can see taking shape
Tending a corner of the yard, helping with the old house, caring for the grounds — even a small contribution stays here after you leave. Spend time in nature and make something tangible with your own hands.
Tell us what you enjoy and what skills you bring. We will discuss what is needed during your visit: restoration work, care for the grounds, materials or your knowledge. We will agree on tasks and a manageable workload before you come.
Simple living, a shared purpose
Things here are unfinished, and comfort is limited. There is water, electricity and a wood-burning stove; the sauna is still being built. This way of living needs to suit you. Before your trip, we will discuss sleeping arrangements, meals, what to bring and any questions openly.
A weekend or several weeks
Even a couple of days can make a difference. If you would like to stay longer, we will agree on dates, the length of your stay and tasks suited to your skills and abilities.
